The Role

PDSA is looking for a proactive Project Manager on a 12-month fixed-term contract to help deliver key strategic projects that support their mission and improve outcomes for people and animals they serve.

Key Responsibilities

• Support the Senior Leadership Team in developing and implementing projects
• Lead project workstreams and build clear project plans
• Ensure delivery stays on track against timelines, budgets and KPIs
• Monitor risks and dependencies and provide clear governance reporting
• Collaborate with stakeholders across multiple teams to maintain momentum

Requirements

• Proven track record delivering business change and technical initiatives
• Strong understanding of Waterfall and Agile methodologies
• Excellent stakeholder management and influencing skills
• Strong organisational, planning and reporting skills
